It's always interesting to read articles like this comming from people whose ancestors were either too poor to live in Europe, too weird to stay without facing persecution or simply convicts. Even weirder when you realize that they're so inapt that they needed outside help, also from Poland (Tadeusz Kościuszko, Kazimierz Pułaski etc.) to even start off a country.
