ROM Hack Monster Hunter Save recovery method

Hi guys, I have a big problem, if you can help me with this situation:

I have 2 saves from MHG and MH4U from eshop games on my NNID01. (only on the Nintendo 3ds encrypted folder)

I instaled a Luma CFW with the Dsiware method and it put on my O3ds a NNID02. (I cant use my old saves on it)

I get banned because sun/moon wave and I cant restore my NNID01 on my O3ds.

Has any form of decript this saves and inject then again on my o3ds. (now it dont have any NNID)

I want to know if exist any app for decrypt the files or reinsert again on the game

I asked nintendo about it without details of the CFW and them dont help
