Gaming Minecraft Cracked Server?

ehhh, okay other than hamachi is there any other way to do this? hamachi to me is to much effort due to the fact that all my friends who want me to start a server wont know how to work with it, which is why earlier i said "how to make a cracked online server without hamachi"

the only thing i have is default windows firewall but i already made an exception for the port, and i have security essentials. . . . .

okay well i was running the server and checked it with canyouseeme.org and i got

Success: I can see your service on 24.162.213.83 on port (25565)
Your ISP is not blocking port 25565

so does this mean for ex: if i were to give you the ip i used you should be able to join?

okay well thanks everyone for help, i have SUCCESSFULLY with help, set up a server which apparently the ip is 24.162.213.83:25565, you guys may join for right now, but still kinda messing around with it so ill let you guys know when i have a official free build flatgrass server up which should be soon,

As you found out, yes you need to be running the sever, and the IP you need to give is your public, not your private.

okay now that i have a server up, how do i add like restrictions, like you have to register to have building rights and like when you log into the server itll give you the name of the server, change spawn area, give default items, ect. pretty much i need all necessary server commands or whatever there called, any help?

okay well im back for more help cause all this is hard for me, how to i make my server require you to ask me or another admin to give you building rights, so you can build and actually dig up things. . .

hmm like:
guest=only watch
building rights=build/destroy
admin=tp/ban/etc

and how do you make people spawn with a custom inventory already?

Search up "hMod" or "Hey0 mod". It allows for immense server customization including different ranks (guest, builders, mods, admins, anything else you want) with customizable rights as well (build, commands, etc)

The custom inventory thing- I'm sure there's a mod for that too. Trust me, Google is your friend. I've used it countless times for Minecraft and I always get the results I want.

Just be warned, (almost) every update breaks mods, forcing the devs to re-release updated versions. Although if you're playing a cracked server, you can decide whether to "acquire" a newer version or not.

Notch is planning official mod API support though, so we can rejoice when it comes.
