migrating emunand and all switch data to a bigger microsd? do I just make a new emunand and copy paste my old one to the new one?

soo i wanted to migrate my 128gb to a 512gb microsd most of my games are on external but I think it was need for speed hot pursuit that was on internal please help I'm scared of screwing up my hours of work on my v2
