It works on O3DS, and also since it"s a system title you can download it from CDN and it"ll be legit so you can install it in no CFW systems, but if you install a no modified one to appear in the Home Menu, you will have to boot it trough Homebrew or other possible ways if I remeber well.

I think you can use a badge to launch it as well.

Don"t sure about the Badge possibility, but if you can assign a Custom Badge to launch that system title it may, but if is possible (don"t sure in my own) you would have to do that to every SD Card you use and of course have Nintendo Badge Arcade/Badge Toreru Center, but if is really possible it will be pretty useful for no CFW O3DS users that use the MicroSD Management in their consoles. Do you have a link to that of use a Badge to launch that?, I only have curiosity about that.
