Gaming Micro SD Card Recovering Files Without Formatting

Well, to put it simply, my Micro SD card just stopped working this afternoon, when I tried to put it back on the pc, it only showed the formatting option.
Dinoh recommended me that I get GetDataBack and try it out, which I did, however it recovers most stuff except the folder that I want, which was where my precious sav. files were. D=
Is there any way to recover them? Normally I'd just format away, but I'd hate to part with those save files with over hundreds of hours on them.

Pc inspector file recovery is a free one, easeus data recovery wizard is better but costs $69.99. I'm sure you could find it for free somewhere.

Hmm...if GetDataBack can't retrieve the files they might be gone for good unfortunately...However I'm not 100% positive on this, so I'd wait and see if others can confirm.

My mistake, the version I obtained costs $499.99 but it is a good program.

I managed to recover the files but it seems they're damaged anyway. meh...
