Ur probably right... Its awesome and ninty is gonna make lots of money from it. It has to have an AP. But Mario Galaxy 2 didn't have and it was a major title. I'm biased

mario galaxy 2 was built directly upon the first's, it used,mostly, the exact same coding.
at the time nintendo knew implementing the new update would be worthless.
that same update has been in R&D for a long long time, releasing it too soon (such as alongside mario galaxy 2) would have been disastrous.
Do yourself a favour now and begin purchasing the discs, you won't regret it come what may.....

In the Iwata Asks session, the developers said that the game is huge and is going to be on a dual layer DVD. Actually they had to cut seconds from cutscenes.

Also, we got a poster with Nintendo Power, so I don't think there will be another.

see that tells your right there this game will not work on any current softmod or hardmod wii's. i almost gurnatte there is protection on this sucker. If ther sint i will be very suprised, or maybe it wont be playable at all on softmods and only hardmods can play it

i have no problem with that, but that's the reason why you can't find it in any pre channel...
