Hi, this is my first time on the forum so I'm pretty lost on what to ask or where to ask. I would like to know if there is any method to copy the text files from a mobile mmorpg game. My goal would be to take this text (the story) and translate it. I've searched various sites and forums but haven't found any answers.

You have stumbled upon the world of ROM hacking it seems. Trouble is any game and is frequently seen to do its own thing with regards to how it stores and decodes languages so the would be ROM hacker tends to then have to be quite adaptable.

There are certain commonalities in various languages that make it slightly easier than trying to decode random data, and things you can do if you care to dip further into computing

I don't know what we are suggesting for pulling apart APK files into their constituent components (not all devices will have games you can explode into its constituent files), and Android ROM hacking is fairly primitive compared to most other things (mostly as I guess nobody really cares about the games for it).
Some general links

https://gbatemp.net/threads/gbatemp-rom-hacking-documentation-project-new-2016-edition-out.73394/ is more for the GBA and DS.

Brazilian Portuguese ROM hacking is also pretty advanced (many translations for many consoles made independently of other things, was once a fairly extensive set of sites housing discussions though it died and what remains is a lot smaller, tools made and refined within it I went and shared back with the world). https://www.romhacking.net.br/ being one of the successor sites, not sure about others right now but might be a good jumping off point if you wanted something in a more familiar language, https://romhackers.org/ has some as well. The readmes of https://www.romhacking.net/?page=tr...&order=&perpage=20&dir=&title=&transsearch=Go might also provide some insight for places to look at, or usernames to search for.
