I'm wondering what's the minimum required files for menuhax, ctrbootmanager, rxtools and emunand?
Ive about 18 items in the root that I'm unsure are critical.
Like starterGen folder, emunand9.bin, dat, nds. launcher.dat.
screenshots_raw.bin and webkithax_tmp.bin, etc.

CTRBootmanager requires a boot.3dsx file, and boot_config. Menuhax should have some payload file. RxTools requires the rxtools folder and everything inside it.

You need these, alongside any of the default folders for your 3DS.

Forgot to say, everything regarding emunand is located in the Nintendo 3DS folder, which you should never remove (Even on a stock console).

I understand the boot manager needing the config and boot.3dsx, but what about all those emunand items in the root? still needed after its been setup?
screenshots_raw.bin and webkithax_tmp.bin are browserhax related i believe, safe to remove?

There aren't any emunand items in the root of your SD card. If you're referring to files from Emunand9, those are for that application alone, whose purpose is to setup you emunand (And then have absolutely nothing to do with it). The starter file was just an archive that was extracted to give you some things (Reinand, FBI, etc) to use after your SD card got wiped during emunand creation.

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
