i have 2 of these cards given to me by my sister one is 4.0gb other is 512mb i wanted to know is there an adapter to be able to convert it to this type of sd card as i would like to use the cards on my cheap android pc i own

No.
Given the size of the MSPD being similar if not bigger than an SD, there isn't any adapter. And even if there were, it wouldn't fit into your phone.
