Hi, I'm having problems with a DSi. The owner made a downgrade and installed some dsiware using upgown+Sudokuhax. He tried to use the guide to install HiyaCFW using memory pit+unlauncher, every time he tries to install unlaunch get this error: Mismatch memories in fat copies. Any idea how to solve this?

He said he uninstalled all the dsiware and the error persist

Hello.:)

Is your DSi´s System Software version 1.4.5 (and U or E or J) ?
Memory Pit works only correct on this version at the moment.

Thank you.:)

Awesome! Thank you so much for this! A question! I have a japanese Dsi xl. Can this exploit be used to flash the firmware of that device to EU or U somehow? Or do I need like a hardware flasher for such task?

this dont works on my korean firmware dsi. click the album button and it stops dsi.
Support is very likely possible, but it's not available yet because no dev can get a hold of a KOR NAND dump to make offset adjustments specific to that region.

Going to go ahead and tag @d3m3vilurr for some assistance. He's been great in the past about getting support for KOR consoles.
hasn't been active in two years, lovely

Twilight works! That always did. HiyaCFW never did, though. I thought you needed that to permanently mod the system, or access more of its hardware, or something. What IS HiyaCFW supposed to do, anyway?

I have no idea. What happens when you power up? Does it go straight to Twilight?

When in DS-Mode/NDSBootstrap (I suppose?) and I click on GBARunner I just receive an white screen. Nothing happens, and I still can click on other things, it´s just that GBA won´t load and make the screen white. Any ideas?

Hello.:)

2 questions please:

- is your SD Card formatted with FAT32 ?
- do you have the GBA Bios File (bios.bin) in your SD Card Root.

Thank you.:)

With cfw on a Dsi can I use old r4 flashcards that usually only work on the ds lite???
Probably yes, unlaunch can force starting a cartridge in Slot-1.
acekard 2i, flashed for ntrboot, is not even shown when inserted by the normal System Menu. This is equivalent to an old DS(phat|lite)-only cart.
Takes less than a second to boot from unlaunch menu.

However, starting it from within TWiLight Menu++ failed – with both Slot-1 launch methods ("Direct" and "Reboot").

Just try your old cart.

Thanks. How would I launch it in unlaunch?

It is an old 1GB SD Card that was in the DSi for ages, so I would assume it is. Will check it out later tho.
And the bios I got from emuparadise which surprised me since they were shut down?

I think I read an old post where it said only the "horsez" AK2i bootloader header works (I assume it meant Pippa Funnell). However unfortunately that bootloader is pointless as it adds several seconds to the boot time (in trying to bypass some old 3DS firmware). Deep Labyrinth and all earlier bootloaders have the instant boot time. Not sure about Rafa Nadal Tennis as I never tested that one.
