Apparently, amiibo data is stored in the NARC file, and contains the amiibo ID's? Is there a way to extract them so we can find out which amiibo are compatible?

You can't attach extracted data like that - it's still copyrighted by Nintendo and it would make us susceptible to a DMCA for hosting copyrighted content. So nope.
