title says it all...should i be using mono to run showmiiwads?
ideally is there any way i can install wads to use with TRIIFORCE (iso forwarders) using the wii only.

I'm not aware of any OSX native software to do this.
I run OSX and used Virtualbox to run Windows XP and just followed the guide on GBAtemp.
Its free and very easy to use - you just need an XP image to install from (and everyone has one of those, don't they?)

I don't know about managing Triiforce NAND on the Wii itself.
