I've searched everywhere but I can't find the answer...

How in the world do you make your USB WBFS so you can put games on it and open it in "WBFS Menager"?

I heard of deleting the partition with Disk Management, but I have Vista, so I can't find a way of doing it...

any usb loader can format it to WBFS
some WBFS Managers can also do it
For vista disc management, right-click 'computer' and select manage. Then go to disc management. No need to delete the partition though

I think I made a huge mess...

I formatted the USB, and now, every time I connect it, it says " Device not recognized" and when I try opening it, it says "Unknown Device"

Is there a way to fix this?

If you formatted it to WBFS its normal a pc can't recognize it. Only 'WBFS managers' can see it (and the USB loaders)
The problem is that wbfs menager and usb loader can't recognize it either... It's totally dead =_= Is there a way to "restore" the usb?
