Hacking Make WIIU Region free?

Hello, this is a basic question, can I make my WiI U region free, I have a WII U NTSC, and i want play games from PAL region, is this possible with a hack for example?
And tell me how, please. Thanks!

Rename every file and folder referencing EU to US.
Example:
Rename EU_English folder to US_English.
Rename EU_LanguageFile.whatever to US_LanguageFile.whatever.
And so forth.

I downloaded the US "WUD" version, extract it using UWizard, and it is working perfectly now. The point here is that PAL is not working on US WiiU!!!

Loadiine is region free! The problem is the game looks at the consoles region to see what files to load. This is why in the games that do this you need to rename folders and files like EUen to USen if you have a US Wii U, or the other way around if you have a EU wii U.
