This is quite silly, so pardon me, but here goes... My mom gave me one of those magnetic bracelet thingies. So, I wanna know if the magnetic field would interfere or harm my ak2i or the microSD card (or my DSi, for that matter)??? I'm a bit paranoid, so please help me. thanks in advance for all the help.

The DS itself uses magnetism to trigger the sleep mode.
Put a magnet next to the face buttons of a DS lite or DSi and it'll go into sleep mode, harmlessly.
I think it actually relates to the magnetism that the speakers themselves have.

Magnets should not harm the DSi or the Acekard itself, or the microSD either.

Magnets generally do not effect solid-state electronics. The worst a magnet could do is put the DS in sleep mode until you move the magnet.

I wouldn't worry, unless you somehow have a spinning hard drive in your MicroSD.

    (That's impossible, by the way.)

Don't worry, but don't get it too close to the DS or it will go into sleep mode.

actually, i did try if the magnet might make the DS go into sleep mode and got nothing on that either, so i'm guessing the magnet isn't very strong at all.
