Hacking M3 SD MiniSD or MicroSD - Only physical?

I've read all the description of these 3 flash carts, I don't seem to find any pros and cons, other than the physical size difference - is this correct?

Please: any explanation and recommendation would be appreciated.

If you have a NDSL go for the micro SD.
If you have the fat NDS get the minisd.

If you want to play gameboy games on a gamboy (micro/sp). Buy the shell for the M3 microSD

micro sd since the price is much cheaper now and u can use it in other device
