Hacking m3 real - getting started

hey guys wanted some help again

just received my m3 real and i have no idea as to how i can get it going
guides seem complex and i just want to run roms and movies, thats it!

no cd was included in the pack so i downloaded sakura

this is what was included, from my understanding i have to copy everything onto the sd card from the first picture(itouch, system, boot eng, defultx and defulty)
where would i place the games and movies?
also how do i convert the movies? any program reccomendations?

Make a folder called " NDS " as the original m3 firmware requires this to access the games through one of the shortcuts. If you don't plan on using it, then you can name it whatever you want. For movies, just make a folder and add em in.
You can convert movies using BatchDPG. Search it up.
