The patch didn't work straight from Sakura, but it seemed to work from that YSMenu program that another M3 Real user posted on the other thread. The only problem is a small sprite glitch when going through pipes, and a little lag, which seemed to be a common problem, according to the other thread.

Can't confirm this one.
Pixelation is gone, yeah, but the game won't progress after failing or completing level 6-2.
If you die, then there's no Game Over screen, if you pass the stage, there'll be no Level Complete screen. Both screens just turn black and that's it...

Edit:
Solved.
Via Wood this stage won't cause any problems except for the pixelation. For level 6-3 just switch back to YSMenu and you should be fine.
