You can see it in the wordpress or tumbler (I still can't send links, so I can't include it). Still only chapter 00 was translated but a lot of the menu text and maps were translated. The last update was on Jan 8th, 2019 when the translator said he opened wordpress.
The problem is that no one is helping him create a patch. I was really hoping to get the patch since the English official translation was shitty.
