I downgraded to 9.2 on this emunand and no homebrew apps work, NTR doesn't work, have no idea whats wrong.
Menuhax or A9LH?

If A9LH, create the updatedsysnand file in the /rei/ folder.
If menuhax, rename firmware90.bin to firmware.bin.

As for NTR, use the firmware.bin file from the NTR folder.

Using A9LH, would it just be updatedemunand instead for emunand?

Yeah. With notepad, create a file called "updatedsysnand", but remove the .txt extension from it. Place it in the /rei/ folder.
Make sure to have both firmware.bin (from the NTR folder) and firmware90.bin in the /rei/ folder.

Then it'll automatically boot into your sysNAND, feel free to update it. If you press L while booting, it'll boot into your emuNAND with the 9.0 FIRM, allowing you to use stuff such as Decrypt9.
You'll also be able to use NTR on both emuNAND and sysNAND.

Thanks it works now.

Confused. Holding L+R at boot doesn't launch anything other than my sysnand (autobooting to emunand). Why do we need to launch Dectypt9 in some special manner now?
So you don't have to launch it from a 9.2 NAND anymore (HBL).

This method is faster. No reason to have an emuNAND anymore.
Also, you can launch into Decrypt9 this way even if your sysNAND bricks.

is it possible to transfer all emunand data onto sysnand?

But like I said, it doesn't even launch Decrypt9. Copied all the latest files over to my card, hold L+R at boot and it just loads my sysnand.

Do you have Decrypt9 in your /rei/ folder?
Download the latest build of Decrypt9WIP, rename Decrypt9WIP.bin to arm9payload.bin and place it in the /rei/ folder. Now try booting your 3DS with L+R.
