I have been trying to get my 3DS to unblock my AceKard flashcart, but have not succeeded. I have tried troubleshooting in 3ds.hacks.guide, didn't work, twlauncher, didn't work... if you know anything about this please say something

Just install the .cia and boot the respective application while the flashcart is inserted.
