Hacking Luma 8.1 prefetch abort (svcBreak)

Could anybody tell me please what files i have to delete here.

I get this error message after booting the region free cia Dragonquest XI.

I´m on luma 8.1. Latest bootstrap. Firmware is 11.5.

sorry. your error is arm11 and I have no idea what problem is that :/

Are you on a Old3ds?? If so, you'll need to either tiny format or system format to fix that issue. <--(@subcon959 's fix which is on the first page) Before you do that, I would recommend either redownloading the cia or finding the cia elsewhere if redownloading it doesnt fix the issue. I am unsure if that is an extended memory game or not, but it could just be a corrupted cia ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If it is arm9, try CTRTransfer via Decrypt9. That should do the job.

Help please I have arm9 and Im having the same issue but while doing CTRTransfer its failing in step 4 saying cert.db is missing. Please help. ( Im doing this to play MHU4 )

Hi,

I've the same error with pokemon oméga ruby retail card but the game cannot even start on retail (O/N) 2/3ds (all versions) never hacked/CFW'ed 3DS.

On retail console I got this error : "An error has occured... "

I opened thé card, no externat signs of defective card. Solder points seems ok

Extract 3ds game from a Lula 3ds CFW / godmode9 was succesfull.

I've no idea of what happened.

Sollution: Just do ctrtransfer with Decrypt9. That works

i have the same error or svcBreak with games in the SD.but if i start the 3ds with SD then i cant open Monster Hunter but if i star without the SD and then i put the SD in, i can play without problems...please help

This solution is used only if your console can't boot to cfw and you get the arm9 svcbreak error each boot (no matter what).
If you do CTRTransfer, you would loose everything and would have to reinstall it all again. I don't quite remember, how to do it now, but I'll tell you tomorrow (I am going for a sleep now).

I have Luma 9.1 and twice I exited from DSiMenu++'s Settings menu and got an Arm 11 (Core 1) prefetch abort (svcBreak) error.

Ok, i have done method 1 and i have a problem, when i use cheats on fire emblem echoes and change scenes, this error shows up:

processor: ARM11 (core 0)
exception type: prefetch abort
fault status: Translation - Section
Current process Iron16 (00040000001B4100)

and a lot of numbers

i also tried other games. They didn't crash, but the cheats didn't work, i know some might not, but 4 (and famous, not unknown). I have luma 9.1.

Hooray, and I thought I were the only one with this problem.
But it only crashes, when I try to start extended memory games like SuMo or SSB.
Anything besides them seems to work fine.
Also done a CTR Transfer and used other Versions of B9S and Luma...but still no luck.
I never got the Problem with A9LH ._.
