I'm looking for something that'll run Kodi and do some fairly lightweight emulation - I had a $20 Gamestick, but it overheated within the warranty period, the manufacturer wouldn't do anything other than tell me to return it to GameStop, and GameStop insisted that I had to return it to the manufacturer. Naturally it was the last one probably in the state, and I missed a similar deal on the Fire TV Stick. Does anyone know of anything in the $20-30 range with anything close to similar specs?

Raspberry Pi isn't exactly a great alternative - I'd have to spend at least $5-10 to get a decent wireless connection (and it'd cost me more in cable to run a connection into my room from the router, not to mention the objections I'd get from the landlady), more to add bluetooth.
