Well as you can see the audio players play what it say it can play but not only that i notice that it can play more audio format that the ones mention like real-audio Ect.
OK now i will be testing the subtitle video function thing this thing cant play the subtitle file that must MKV files have inside so you have to get the file out and convert it to .srt and name it the same as the video them put it along side the video for it to play.
As we all know .srt is not use anymore the standard seem to be .ass
so i converted the .ass file to .srt see the video below.
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/D5d4u1c5-y4&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/D5d4u1c5-y4&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
The subs work but they wont show all is like they wont fix inside the screen you can see part of the sentence going off screen so is not that good the subtitles are by default white but you can change the color of them if you want.
Well after doing all that i try other things like making play a dpg file i change the file extension from dpg to avi to if it would play and all i got was the sound playback but no video so i cant re sue my dpg with this player in the video below is what happen.
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/0r86dLbw3Ns&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/0r86dLbw3Ns&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
i think is because of the dpg codec it cant run it so it only runs the sound too bad.
After that i try to compare it to Moonshell playback below are the videos
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/aofUopqmINI&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/aofUopqmINI&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object><object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1nPbyhBhtX8&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1nPbyhBhtX8&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
below are the parameters that i use for the videos that i am comparing

they look similar but i kind of notice a little more detail in the Iplayer one and the color are a little more vivid and so you know i dint convert the episode of southpark the iplayers is running i downloaded it strait from the internet to my SD card so thats a win for the iplayer i that part .

DPG4
Resolution 256 X 144
Video codec MPEG-1
Bit-Rate 512k
Sound Codec Mp2
Sample Rate 32000
Sound Bit-Rate 160k
Avi
Resolution 624 X 512
Video codec MPEG-4
Bit-Rate 1099k
Sound Codec Mp3
Sample Rate 48000
Sound Bit-Rate 125k
they look similar but i kind of notice a little more detail in the Iplayer one and the color are a little more vivid and so you know i dint convert the episode of southpark the iplayers is running i downloaded it strait from the internet to my SD card so thats a win for the iplayer i that part .
