Hardware Looking for PS2 -> PS3 controller adapter

I'm looking for a PS2 -> PS3 controller adapter. I normally play alone; however for holiday and vacations, I do have family over. Some do have their own PS3 controllers and some don't; however, people forget sometimes. So I figured it would be cheaper to get an adapter (since I have 2 PS2 controllers) than to buy another controller.

What's a good adapter?

I think any adapter will work, just keep in mind that, most don't support,

* Home Button
* Vibration/rumble
* Pressure sensing

my adapter still works on the newest OFW

mine look's like this one and you can use 2 controllers with one usb

I have that adapter too, never use it on PS3, just PC.

Forgot to add, these adapters also doesn't support pressure sensitive switch. IE when you press a triangle it is fully registered. Annoying for games such as Metal Gear Solid 3.

I have 2 that look exactly like that. I should probably try them out and see if they work on my PS3. I only bought them for PC use but, if they work on PS3 might as well use them.

You know what i did not know that. I was playing Mortal Kombat 9 with my cousin last week end and it worked gr8
