I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm sure they'll honor a cancellation and it won't hurt anything. But if they don't, you'll probably be one of the first ones that has had a bad experience with them....and can always dispute the charge on the card. So don't worry too much, just browse the list of vendors and see if you can someone that carries it...looks like it's a much hotter item than I originally thought.

They have good customer service and I know that the main guy there is out of town, so only the supplier is there to deal with these issues.

i just think its pretty stinky to charge someone and THEN be like WOOPS its out of stock!

even shipping from across the world itll get here quicker and was about $15 cheaper than anywhere in the US/Can

plus i figured winsunx had less of a chance of being out of stock due to proximity

How is shipping "insane"?
I don't know where you're from, but Bamboo is cheaper to me in the USA.
Winsunx charges $18 and BambooGaming charges $9 to ship SC Lite.

NEWSFLASH: it really doesnt matter since my crap is already in the mail

I ordered 5 items from Winsunx and it was like $18 for shipping
from bamboo, accorting to that, it would have been like $52AU

What's with the attitude? All I was trying to do was help you out with finding the lowest price. I was assuming you only bought 1 and you didn't have to reply in such a rude way to somebody trying to help.

yes if you read what i wrote, they all say they have it in stock, and when you place the order you then get the "oops we dont got it" reply email. again, doesnt really matter since its sitting on the desk next to me.

feel free to private message me to try to provoke an argument though

Has anyone heard from RealHotStuff?

I know the main guy was supposed to be out of town, but for how long?

I ordered an SC lite on their website and suddenly I got a "404 Page not found" error. Frantically, I logged back into the main page and found no order under my account. However, I did receive an email receipt (but NO confirmation) from them. I immediately emailed them with the story of what happened. It's been nearly 1 1/2 weeks so far and no response.

I waited 3 days before ordering again because I didn't want to double order. I put a note in the new order about the old order.

Anyways, I ordered the new SC lite which was supposedly "in stock". The next day I get a message the next day that it's "out of stock". I sent an email to them asking when they would receive the next shipment. No response.

Now I find out that my credit card has been charged for BOTH of the items -- the original 404'ed order and the new order (which are still on *backorder*)

To top it all off, no response to any of my emails. God forbid they actually ship BOTH orders off, in which case I will be thoroughly pissed.

RealHotStuff is a great place to order, but the main guy seems to be on vacation or something. They shouldn't even be taking orders during this time!

Sorry to hear your story, Ron. I ordered the SC lite combo from modchipman last Saturaday and it is shipped today! My package should arrive in a couple days.

yeah that sounds very opposite of my experience....I ordered g6 lite and a sc lite and wanted to add another sc lite before it shipped out....he responded to every email within 30 minutes and also threw in free shipping for the addition (good show of faith although it didn't cost him anything to throw it in the same package) and the item shipped next day and I got it 2 days later....you're right, the shop should put up some kind of notice that he'll be away and that orders will be delayed @ least.

Ordered 2 black sc lites from www.supercardstore.com on Monday. He got stock late Tuesday and shipped it on Wednesday. Just got them today.

Btw that store is based in the UK
