... "fitgirl" is Russian...
As in fitgirl from "fitgirl repacks" - I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder because to me "she" fitgirl is not that fit. Unless "she" means she's healthy and not a fat munter. Still I do appreciate the game repacks.

it's fucking fake the dmca is fake!!
There's still some debate as to whether or not that dipshit did it.
If he sent the DMCA himself, then yes, it's fake af and he committed perjury, which is imo way worse than simple piracy lol
On the other hand, he could have sent emails to the legal teams that actually handle the copyright stuff to let them know about the repositories.

Still though, this Mario pipe cleaner is nothing but one of the worst case scenarios of why you should never simp for multimillion dollar companies, it's pathetic to say the least.

Yeah I saw, surely some psych issues there lol
It's what I like to call "Nintendog", they happily shove up every bone the N throws at them while wailing their tail.

yeah what a c***. I'm still laughing at mario pipe cleaner

imagine if emultation is attacked at it's core (again) and we lost guess no more VMs unless your a major company
The problem is that none of this type of stuff ever goes to court. A company sends a DMCA (legit or not) to the offending party and the offending party takes the thing down as they cant afford court costs to fight the battle. Especially for something that is probably free and worked on in their spare time.
