I'll do more once I RMA the case. The front panel doesn't stay fully attached (you can lift the top right away from the case partially, which messes up one of the usb 2.0 ports.)

Several. I found two that I've sealed away in a plastic bag (for RMA "proof" of damage.)
I'm sure there is at least one still left in the hole somewhere, but I don't feel like looking since it can't really fall out.
