Who else fails Mario Kart 8 ?? 5.4
me
and I figure out the reason : it's because I update it to the last update available
it's not compatible with any update in MiiMaker mode , so copy it to your sd card without any update
From the compability list:
Mii: Confirmed working with v0, and should work with v16. Newer updates (v32 and v64) don't work.
SSB: Works with all versions.
SSB and Mii: The game freezes on exit to WiiU menu.
Im using it with SSB Mode and works with the last update 4.1 with mii maker mode i only tested with version 0.
in which update there is a 200cc mode ?
why force users to go to 5.3.2 url if they have 5.4.0 ?@Cyan can you alter my direct link in your OP to www.wiiubru.com/loadiine532.html also i have added the SD card method and a link to the SD root flies.
did u mention there was a typo in the browser detection code for 5.4.0 ?
[Release] Snake WiiU (5.5.x / 5.3.2)why force users to go to 5.3.2 url if they have 5.4.0 ?
it's not best to link to the main page?
I don't know how much the detection is affected by the typo. you can see what needs to be changed by looking at the latest commit on git.
I noticed you have a snake game. you made it? where's the release thread or git so I can add it to wiki?
Some icons show up as No Icon, and I cannot upen the game . This happened to Yoshy Woolly World and Donkey kong Country, has anyone seen this before? Games like Mario Maker works.
Where should the loadiine_gx2.cfg file be placed?
It's not in any of the packs provided so I tried making my own. I placed it in the /sd:/wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2/ directory, and also placed it in the WWW folder of my hosted files but could not get a custom MP3 to work, it only played the normal sound file again. I know it is correctly loading from SD because without the card in the console I'm given the "loadiine_gx2.elf" file does not exist in SD card location error message.
Do I need to compile my own version of loadiine with the theme/sound changes I want baked in? If so, can someone give me a crash course via PM?
Custom music works fine. Just like the first post said : open loadiine_gx2.cfg and simply add your song at the end of the line with a text editor. I have an issu with ogg vorbis, menu crash. Try with wav and works like a charm. The song perfectly loop. No need to compil yourself, download the pack provide by cyan.
Why do we need to have the decrypted contents of the .wud file to load it?
What is exactly stopping us from using the bare .wud file for each title?
Which pack has the .cfg file in it? I have both the SD and Hosted packs and don't see any cfg in them at all.
I suppose that the cfg file is created when you save or change the settings in loadiine gx2 gui.
