I'm not a forum mod wannabe. I won't report anyone unless they are making useless threads for no reason. And even then it's only on those "where's my iosu" threads

I'm not sure who to ask about this, but would it be possible to make the covers disappear once you select a game, that way you see only the splash screen for a few seconds while the game is loading?

If it is patched or if more bugs are found which is what I've been working on, slowly but surely.
What about if Nintendo Knows all this things and never patched, does that mean, will never come out? so in that case our only option is just to buy another Wii U on 5.3.2 or 5.4.0 or lower?

Hi everyone, just installed loadiine, everything is fine except when running nes virtual console games, the volume starts to go down and if I press the home button or the vc save and load button the volume goes up again but after a few seconds it turns down, does anyone else has this problem?

tldr; compatibility should be identical to 5.3.2
So I tested out Epic Mickey 2 @dimok and it seems to work fine with the mem areas (which kick in at like 18MB RPX, Mickey is 23.8MB)

Still takes like 40 minutes for me tho, it opens /vol/content/Shaders twice in the first 30 minutes almost like it times out and then it starts running GetStat on all the files in it before finally starting

Nah eventually we'll get sick of waiting or make more than just one that we/I can freely release

That's interesting. Haven't seen that before. Do you have a different TV you could try with. I don't know if WiiU supports CEC over HDMI but it might. Also see if your game pad is set up to remote control your TV. If it is, try turning it off.

Thanks I will try later another tv, the funny thing is it only does that with nes vc, but I have legit zelda 2 and doesn't do that, my pad wasn't set to remote, but thanks anyway

I guess it could be done, but maybe there's a better way to display them.
Maschell is/was working on the individual game settings, which could add a new "launch screen" with <start> <settings> button, much like Wii banner screen before launching a game. that launch screen could have the full background, or other things on it, like the full cover box in 3D, etc.
I made a design for that, but he is not following it. that's still a work in progress.

what I thought was :
game list -> select game -> game launch screen with "start/back" button, the 3D box user which can zoom and rotate, the bgcover in background and buttons to go to the individual settings or display gametdb info.
That's only ideas, I guess his release will be different.

I'm getting this error when loading the web exploit for the second time. The files are all on the SD card in the right place, any suggestions?

Turns out this means the SD card isn't detected. I blew air into the SD slot and then it worked fine, my Wii U had been in storage for a while os must have had dust on one of the contacts! Working fine now :)

That sounds good. Something else that might be good is folder support so we can organize our games better. It would also be nice if the cover flow didn't go all spin cycle after a certain amount of games.

I thought the spin cycle was fixed. someone is probably working on it, I saw mention on this few week ago. maybe it's on a fork only.
Support for folders was also mentioned by the devs before the first loadiine GX2 release, and could be eventually added for some other projects using Loadiine as GUI.

Is the latest still 0.3? Have there been alternate revisions of it?

latest official is 0.2
The version number was bumped before an official release is decided, so there are already 0.3 "commit" while that's not officially a v0.3 (you can consider them as 0.3beta, or 0.2 mod)
You can check the changelog on the first post, or check the forks and changes on github to see all the progresses.

Tested. Still getting the spin cycle thing. I believe this is due to how the cover carousel is designed. The covers are displayed in a circle, and as more games are added, they just keep wrapping around in the same circle, flickering as they are shown over and then under other covers.

Every time I move to the next game, the carousel has to make a full rotation before landing on the next game, sometimes showing two different games selected on TV and gamepad. The covers need to be unrendered as they disappear off the screen to avoid this.

Hey i hope someone can help me with Loadiine GX2...
I have problems with starting it, but Loadiine v4.1 works fine for me.

I copied all the necessary files on my sdcard, and tried the links shown on the first page of this thread. Every time when i try to start it, it says that the exploit was installed successful and i have to start loadiine again. After the second time it switches to the WiiU screen, i hear the music for a few seconds and then the screen freezes.

What did I do wrong?

I am using the SD loader method btw.

Hope you guys can help me out
