its automatic, you dont have to enable it.
my friend is using it now, but she got a request to update:
"A new update is available
it will be downloaded now"

maybe she installed some DLC that need an update? the game still run but it nags all the time

btw, she is very noob and i am trying to help her over the internet.

Yes, updates cannot be patched out of DLC's because often times DLC's are just unlockers and the updates are required. Your friend needs to install the update now.

bypass firmware requirement is not the same as remove update nag, so it is normal

What? Wifi ≠ Internet. Your router must be from the last century or so if you can’t get 15MB/s.
I don't get 15Mb/s, and my router is only 3 months old.

Your router doesn't determine speed. It can, but mostly your ISP determines your speed. My ISP does not offer that kind of data speed without a significant price increase. On a good day, I see 3-3.5 Mb/s. On a bad day, I cap out at 1.5-2Mb/s.

For LAN transfer speed, I consistently see around 25-30Mb/s depending on how many active connections there are on the network.

Your ISP has nothing to do with the wireless data transfer speeds of your router. Routers can work without internet access. It’s the same myth when people think PS4 Remote Play depends on your internet speed..

So I just got a Google Wifi. I was expecting to see a significant increase in network install speeds, but no dice. I still seem to be stuck at 2.5 MB/s while using a Nut server.

Any ideas as to what might be the bottleneck here? Could it be my crappy laptop?

Are you installing from the lan? What sort of speeds do you get installing from the SD card?

He’s taking about downloading the files directly from the internet from an online drive that has not been downloaded yet, it has to have an effect on your isp down throughput. A hdd source that’s different you could use a lan connection which would have a huge difference in download speed to the installer. I use proper Wi-fi connection so yes getting 13-15Mb/s is extremely good I doubt very much many users could achieve that throughput most would get 7-8Mb/s max and that’s extremely good also!

No, he’s talking about transfering a file from PC via USB vs Wifi.

I would have prefered if you would have updated n1dus instead. Maybe you'll still do it. It's lightweight as well and only offers XCI installation of the keys are provided so that's fine for everyone I think. ;)

nut master (not release) added: usbfs and nutfs. usbfs works over usb, and nutfs works over network. They are so you can browse and copy files from PC over USB or network. You must use tinfoil master or lithium master with this (not release).

Does lithium support multithreaded network installs?

Man someone makes a cool tool to help out the community and the whole first page is people giving him unnecessary hate. Thank you for what you do for the community and I could see a non technical user appreciating this.
