The Facts
The Horny Police are an Anti Horny group that governs/polices a persons horny. They are Pro No Nut November and fought to extend it to a yearly event. The Horny Police runs protest marches on GBATEMP advocating that humans will stop breeding. They believe in reducing the population size to reduce the amount of future Memers from being born. They have vocalized strongly against memes.

Lilith Valentine is a Demon Satan Worshiper that frolics on a place called GBATEMP. No one knows the origins of Valentine or why Valentine keeps changing their name. Accusations have been made that Valentine is a criminal mastermind and goes under various alter egos to avoid legal trouble with GBATEMP. None of these cases against Valentine have succeeded.

The Lawsuits
Horny Police accuse Lilith Valentine of being horny. They say it violates GBATEMP's rules and guidelines. That it violates GBATEMP's rule against pornographic image. Lilith Valentine is a walking porno with their Hornyness.

Lilith Valentine is filing a counter suit claiming that the Hornyness came from birth. That Lilith is born this way with actual horns and being falsely mistaken from an actual human boner. And harassment from this mistake has caused Valentine mental distress.
