This tool can extract and inject PGF files into the Liberty Ticket Distribution Card ROM. It can disable the date restriction so it will distribute wonder cards at any time. It also automatically enables support to distribute to JPN and KOR ROMs, but the wonder cards already stored in these spots are not valid wonder cards and will not distribute, you need to insert a valid PGF file in to the JPN or KOR section in able to distribute to them. Lastly you can edit the message on the wonder card for each language.

Here are some PGF files to test it out.

Does this change what region the distro can send to?
He says it can send to the Japan/Korea versions. Just insert the proper .pgf file for the region you are distributing to. (No Japanese events to North American versions, for example.)

..Alright? That's what it's supposed to do. Try sending a japanese .pgf to a US Black.

You can mix them up, its just that the default card that is in the 6th and 7th spots that I used to distribute to JPN and KOR are not valid. You need to rip a card from slots 1-5 and insert it in slot 6 or 7 to work.

Yes it does, it can send out up to 8 different cards at once. The default ROM sends out 5 cards, one for English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. I made it so it distributes 2 more making 7 total and those extra 2 send one to Japanese and the other should work for Korean.

You sir are a hero.
Now if we can only get a homebrew for the old .pgt that lets up select what to send out.

Awesome application man! By the way, is there anyway of making custom pgf files or is there any website to download some from?

Thanks

The translation was done by many people over at projectpokemon, I did very little translating myself, but i did help with making it possible to edit the text in the first place.

How are we even supposed to get it to distribute a Wondercard to a Korean cart?
The DS has English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Japanese.

We would need a Korean DS, right?

No, DS games are region free so a Korean version would boot on any DS phat or lite, its after the DS lite where it become region locked.

QUOTE(azntiger @ Mar 14 2011, 10:04 PM) Where do I find PGF Files?

There is a link at the end of the first post.
