Oddly enough, every time I load this save on my son's switch it turns the language to Japanese in Lego City. Any idea what could be causing that??
I have also lost my save and tried to upload the file on my switch. I have tried to put it on the MicroSD and using an USB cable but they didn't work. How did you do it? Did you use the Nintendo Switch Online cloud backup and do something with it?

there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default -

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
