how do u modify a legendary pokemon via pokesav, such as mewtwo, so it is allowed in the battle tower? thx

i think it can be done with proper info's of each and every pokemon you make with pokesav try asking people on that one

No, Mewtwo will not be accepted into battle tower.
I'm pretty sure it's possible by hacking the actual ROM. Don't know how this can be done though.

IIRC not even legitimate Mewtwos can enter the battle tower so as said the only way is to hack the ROM itself or use some kind of cheat to disable the specie check.

WHy do you need a legendary in there, I mean you could always save and edit the save while in the tower.

While you're in the tower, just save, then edit Mewtwo into your party!
