Hacking LEF1008**** ??

Hi all,

a Collegea just bought a Wii. His serial is LEF1008**** Now I can't find anywhere on the NET what modchip he will need. I think a Wasabi or D2cPro. I Now You need to look at the drivechip. But does someone know what drivechip is in the LEF wii's ?

but they don't have enough information for that drive chip.

Just open the wii to check the drive chip, it is best that way.

As a mod at Nintendo-Scene, I would be interested to find out what chip is in that serial number range so that we can keep the WiiTracker up to date.
I am assuming that it will be a D2C Chip but with this new range of Serial number, I am not sure if it will have cut legs or not.
Please let us know any info you find out.
I have seen other posts in other forums with the same LEF serial number range but have yet to receive confirmation on the drive chip.

these are the newest wii consoles in europe, i got 10 of them yesterday and all are d2c chipset (as was to be expected)

wasabi/d2pro/d2ckey all work fine in them.

Request warranty replacement, request Wii wrist straps and jackets, call up Nintendo support and pretend another Wii is yours, register it on Nintendo's website and receive points, etc.
