Help with English Mii Channel Language Wii

Hi, I recently bought a Wii and everything on the console is in English except the Mii Channel, which is still in Chinese. The system has been formatted, is running System Menu 4.1U, and Homebrew Channel + BootMii are installed. I want to replace the Mii Channel with the official English version. Could someone guide me on the safest way to get and install it?

i dug into it further and the console is originally Korean region changed to US by last owner, dont know if that changes anything. cant seem to find an option to change language, lmk if anyone knows!!
