Hacking Led light Blink

I played my dsi when it charged
orange led light fade off n bright on frequently
n it's also happen when I stand by my dsi
blue led light fade off n bright frequently

is it natural or a problem ??

The blue LED pulses dim and bright in sleep mode. Read the instructions.

When charging, the orange light should be steady.
