latest stable CFW for switch

i have got a mod switch running old CFW 16.0.1 ATM 1.5.5
What is the stable cFW to udate this to as new games will need the CFW to be updated.
i have read that 19 cause battery drain issues.
is 18.1.0 stable to install at this moment in time.
or
19 is stable and the issues have been resolved.

If you are just using homebrew and go online, 19.0.1 with atmos 1.8.0 is stable and works fine, no idea whats the state about atmosphere + signature patches though, since I don't use them.
Just make sure to also check the sysmodules you are using for updates too, since some of them had to be updated for the newest atmosphere.

no i dont go online.
is 19.0.1 stable, the issues with battery drain have been resolved
i will also update mission control from 10 to 12 so my wii u pro controller work

I've read that 19.0.1 partially mitigates the battery drain issues in sleep mode, but don't completely solve them. No issues with 18.1.0.

maybe wrong section to ask this question
but can somebody tell me everytime i update to new firmware on my modded switch
i must install the games again.
wen i start the games without installing i get a error message!
am i doing something wrong.

help needed
