German translation update to v68a2:

Some remarks to v68a2:

1) the english word "Back" is used with two different meanings: "Go Back to the previous screen" and "Back side of the fullcover". In italian there are two different words for these two meanings: "Indietro" and "Retro"... is it possible to have the possibility to give two translations for these two different meanings?

Same thing in german, it's Zurück for previous screen and hinten for cover back. It looks a bit confusing

There are some more untranslated things in the new GUI like Console Def., Game Default, patch options and playlog options.

Probably one word will be "Back" and the other "Cover~~Back" and only what is after ~~ will be printed.
And "Fav~~On" "Fav~~Off"
Or some similar method.

Oops, you're right, will be fixed.
Actually in one of the dialogs it shows correctly but in the other is not...

I'm almost finished translating into Norwegian, but I wanted to ask a few things before uploading.
Could VIDTV and "IOS:" in game settings, be made translateable?
What does the "scroll" options do? (ret = %d), what is 'ret' refering too? "Press %s button to delete FS.", what is FS?

Some gui menu choices is not translated:
- Cover style
- Wiird options is not translated
- video patch
- clear patches
- write playlog

ed: Is there a difference to remove game and delete game?
