I didn't update French language file since v56 beta 1, I've seen that there has been 56 beta 2 language pack but link is dead.

Anything new to translate since this version and 57?

Where can I find last FR_miss.lang?

I'm not sure about the links. There will be stuff to translate for v57, the full version for which is probably coming tomorrow without any feature changes. There'll be a new translation change log with that.
