ROM Hack [lang. hack] Pokémon HG / SS USA Freeze solution

So, i'm using a clean rom. I do as it is written in the guide, press the apply patch button...And there is nothing. What should i do?

If i'd photoshop the original Logos, would you implement them?

I can't... It take more that just a 'photoshop' to do that... Srry, but no!

What i eant by this were the two original logos but with the background "photoshopped" out saved in PNG format

This is strange...I put the original Japanese rom (No patches whatsoever) to get out of the game corner, but it froze too! I couldn't get out either. Could the game corner hold the key to the AP in this game?

Gonna try a US rom to try to get out of the game corner

What do you mean "Save File Compatibility Problems" on the front page? I saved and it seemed to work fine.

When i tried to open xDelta GUI , a window opened telling me

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"

So what does it mean, and what am i missing then?

I have a similar problem except it says this instead:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application".

Should I install something to make it work?

EDIT: While I was making this post, a new page was made. I am installing .NET Framework 2.0 to see if it solves my problem =)

Ok, used US Rom to successfully get out of game corner, saved outside of game corner, and now I willtry the 1.5 translated rom.

First of, i'm very proud of the OP proving once again holland is superior. (just kidding)
I'm playing this on my R4i-SDHC (which =/= R4 SDHC) and i haven't had a single freeze so far.
One thing bothered me, Character creation used weird symbols instead of actual english alphabetic ones, which made my name stand out in dialogs. However this was easily fixed by replacing my name with Pokesav HG/SS by Pokemonlegends.

secondly, i'd like to point to those who shun upon the idea of a translated (J) that theres is ABSOLUTELY no diference between the (U) dialog and this patch's.

Thirdly, i'd like to thank the OP for his time and devotion towards his progress and i hope he can keep this good work up.

Just my 5 cents.

Now the game is giving me a white screen as soon as I start it up :| am I doing something wrong?

Ok, tried the patched version, and it works! I've been walking in and out of the pokecenter in Goldenrod and it doesn't Freeze!

However, I don't reccommend going into the game corner, or worse, saving in the game corner. Apparently that causes glitches

EDIT: What the heck? The game corner looks so different for some reason...originally it was just one guy with the Voltorb game...

Hey two things
1.It plays fine on R4i-SDHC
2.im at Radio tower(SPOILER ALRET) when Team Rocket take over and the text is goobty goop, i dunno if its a result of the previous patch i used( XXLance's patch, i did use a fresh rom for this patch)
for those who don't know XXLance's patch had scrambled english

So dose anyone have any problems with text quite far into the game?

Still why are you claiming that it works perfect on no$gba when you still get random freezes in-game.
