Linux (and any other OS that's not the console's native one) on a console has never been of interest for me.Why not look forward to potential of both? Can't be disappointed seeing this functioning with Switch showing all this potential at early stages.
You are basically running another Operating System on the console, which is not the goal of homebrew.
Overriding the console's OS with another one and running apps which we already know run on that OS seems like a cheap way to run things on the Switch to me, where's the fun in that?
I'd much rather have Switch homebrew apps than another OS in it, but that's just me.
