Hacking Kind of noobish question about NNID

Hey GBATemp,

Let's say that I downgraded my n3ds on 10.3 to 9.2, and then proceeded to create an emuNAND and then unlinked the NANDs. Which NAND would the NNID be linked to, considering you have to format your sysNAND when unlinking NANDs? (Sorry if this is a stupid and unnecessary question, I couldn't find a concrete answer searching for it.)
