Hacking [Question] Coldboot Haxchi NNID and System Data

Hey all. I've got a question concerning Coldboot Haxchi that I couldn't really find anywhere online.

I used my NNID to completely install Coldboot Haxchi on my Wii U, along with tons of games and homebrew.
However, I decided to sell it to my friend and left all the games and homebrew on there.
Is there any way I could remove my NNID without losing all the games I installed?

Theoretically, could I:
1. uninstall Haxchi
2. remove my user profile & unlink my NNID
3. have my friend create a new profile & NNID
4. reinstall Haxchi using the new NNID
5. still have all the games and homebrew on the system?

Or is ALL of the software installed tied directly to the NNID that was used to install Haxchi?

Any information or help with this would be greatly appreciated.

1. Uninstall cbhc first
2. No. The games can't be started anymore after removing cbhc because it is unsigned content.
3. Ok.
4. Your friend have to buy a compatible ds vc game. You know that?
5. The content is there. But can't still be started because it is unsigned.
