Recommended you don't tamper with the flashcart firmware, just use the kernel.
Open this kernel, set these files on the root of your SD card:
data
dsxreader
moonshl2
NDSMAIL
Plugins
Skin
SYSTEM
3DSCARD.DAT
config
iLL.iL
R4i.3DS
R4i.TP
ttmenu.dat
TTMENU.SYS

Your usrcheat.dat (Action Replay cheat database) can be found in the "SYSTEM" folder. You can replace the usrcheat.dat with this one since it is more up to date:

no...That is the stuff inside the kernel, you need to take all those files listed above and stick them on your SD card.

You my friend just need to stop messing with that bad flashcart and buy the R4i Gold 3DS RTS or R4i Gold 3DS Plus lol.
