Gaming keep getting black screen with Wonderful 101.

could someone tell me what i could do to fix this issue ?
i installed this game with wupinstaller and i updated it within the WiiU , but whenever i launch the game after the logo appears it stays in the black screen.

e.g when i launch ssb4 it starts its logo and then it takes up to 40seconds to get to its opening cinematic.
but with Wonderful 101 it keeps staying in black screen.

oh and btw. i have my WiiU in that coldboot state, i have haxchi/cbhc (i think that is what it is called) it loads cfw from boot.
