There was a project back on 2010 in this forum but I believe it never completed.

I don't spend all day scouring the forums for topics to moderate, I just come across them (like this one), or they are in the moderator queue to take care of. There isn't a Bat-signal (mod-signal?) that goes off in the sky every time you post "Can we get a lock" or "This thread needs to be locked" or "inb4 lock"
