Hacking Just Dance 2015 - Black screen?

Hi guys, quick (hopefully simple) question!

I've got my Wii on 4.2E and running USB Loader GX 3. I just installed IOS58 if that makes any difference.

Anyway, every other game works fine but Just Dance 2015 (PAL) is just hanging at a black screen. Any ideas?

Try setting the video mode to "Force PAL60" (even if you have an NTSC TV) and Game IOS to 250.

Install Pimp my Wii, run it and "preform the test and fix problems". That's what I did.

I've had nothing but problems trying to get my mom's backups of the Just Dance games to run via softmod. I don't know what it is, of course the wii I used to have was also hardchipped so I got around it by just booting it normally off a disc. Now that wii belongs to my nephew .

I mean you could try like neogamma and booting it off a dvd-r that way, I don't think I ever tried that. But I can tell you from my own experience, getting it to boot off usb is no walk in the park...

Hi guys

I have the same problem as above, black screen when loading Just Dance 2015 on Wii using wiiflow. I followed the instructions above (set IOS to 250 and change video mode to PAL 60Hz), I also ran Pimp My Wii.

The game now loads but only in black and white, no color, sound works ok, the only problem now is a lack of color.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! If you need any more info about my wii or setting just ask

must be changed to time the launch go into settings and change IOS 250 and save after launch the game normally sa must

Never suggest using Brick My Wii, that tool is known for borking systems - use ModMii instead.

That did the trick I can comfirmed, I'm on 4.3, and just set the gameIOS to 250, for NTSC or PAL version, it will work.

Found my old login just to +1 this. My launch Wii was bricked after using Pimp My Wii. Ran it, gave me tons of errors while updating, bricked. Had to get another one and I won't play around with updating my Wii to this day after that. Sad because I can't play Xenoblade because of this

hi guys so i softmodded a black 4.3u wii and i got all the IOs updated even used pimp mi wii for verification and it's all up to date, but i still keep getting a black and white screen for the PAL version, and I already did everything you guys mentioned, only changed the IOs to 250, used foce pal 60 and IOs 250, used only IOs 224, and still nothing, anyone else with an idea??

You're supposed to force the video mode of your TV, not the game. That, and avoid Brick My Wii like the plague.

Older US TVs don't support PAL. I'd try the NTSC game version. Or forcing NTSC, rather than PAL60.

hmm I've actually always just forced PAL games to NTCS and it works fine cause i used another TV didn't actually thought the issue will be the tv, I guess i have to try it on another TV then just to make sure?
